Welcome to Brows by Monique. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our booking services, as well as our policies regarding cancellations. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

2.1 Booking ProcessTo book an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking form. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Confirmation
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing details of your appointment. It is your responsibility to check the details of the booking and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

 

3.1 Fees
The fees for our services will be as advertised on our website or communicated to you prior to booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Methods of Payment
We accept payment by cash, debit card, and credit card. Payment methods may be subject to change, and we will notify you of any such changes in advance.

 

 

4.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), you may be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost.

4.3 Cancellation by Brows by Monique
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any payment made.

 

5.1 Rescheduling by Client
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the same cancellation fees outlined above.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. In cases where rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a full refund or an alternative appointment date.

 

 

6.1 Service Quality
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for any dissatisfaction or adverse reactions resulting from our services. If you have any concerns or issues, please notify us immediately.

6.2 Liability Limitation
Brows by Monique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

 

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
